  1. Take 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  2. Prepare 1/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  3. Take 3/4 cup Erythritol
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  5. Prepare 1 tbs Instant coffee
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup + 2 tbs butter
  7. Get 2 oz dark chocolate (I used 100% in this recipe)
  8. Prepare 3 Eggs
  9. Take 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions to make Brownies (Keto):
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, Erythritol, baking powder and instant coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate.
  3. Mix the melted butter/dark chocolate, eggs and vanilla with the dry ingredients.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour to firm up. It will look a bit battery when you remove them from the oven, but it will firm. Very moist and really good.
