  2. Add in the chicken and cook for 5 minutes - Stir in the onions and peppers and saute for 5 minutes - Pour in the chicken stock and chopped tomatoes
  3. Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes - Stir in the cream and season to taste - Divide between four bowls and serve with rice
