Get 2 medium size chopped onion
Get 1 bunch chopped green coriander
Make ready Half tspn of chaat masala
Take Half tspn of red chilli powder
Get Half tspn of salt
Take FOR COATING :-
Make ready 2 eggs
Take 1 cup all-purpose flour
Make ready Half cup oil for shallow frying the cutlet
Steps to make Stuffed chicken and noodle cutlet !:
First of all in a pot prepare chicken add 2 tbspn of oil and chicken then add all the ingredients
Cook the chicken until water is dry which released from chicken and put a aside
Now boil 2 packets of noodles and put aside
Then assemble chicken and noodle in a bowl mix it all together (don't put noodle masala which comes out from the packet) avoid noodle masala
Then in a boiled potatoes add all the masalas which I already mentioned above in the ingredients section
Now take a potato mixture in your hands flattened it then stuff with chicken and noodle mixture and make a round patty
Now in a bowl add 2 eggs beat it and coat the cutlet in eggs mixture then coat in all-purpose flour
Then in a frying pan add half cup of oil and shallow fry the cutlets make it golden brown from both sides in medium flame
Enjoy it with your favorite sauce or ketchup
