Steps to make Baked chicken tikka roses:
  1. Prepare pizza dough : In small jug, add lukewarm water, sugar, instant yeast and mix well, cover and let it rest for 10 min.
  2. In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, add salt and mix. Add cooking oil, yeast mixture, mix well and knead until dough is formed.
  3. Add cooking oil and knead again. Cover and let it rest for 1 hour at warm place.
  4. Prepare Stuffing : In chopper, add carrots, capsicum, green chilli and chop well.
  5. In a pan take some oil and just fry above-mentioned chopped mixture in it fry on high flame just to 4- 5 min.
  6. Now Add chopped boiled chicken,tikka masala (garam masala, food colour, cumin powder, haldi, lal kashmiri mirch powder) salt, black pepper powder in the fried mixture and mix well and set side.
  7. Grease hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth.Divide the dough into equal parts.
  8. Take one part, sprinkle flour and roll with the help of rolling pin.
  9. Cut into round shape with the help of the cutter or glass.
  10. Place four pieces and overlapping one another.Add chicken stuffing and starting from one end, roll carefully to form a rose shape (make 6 - 8).
  11. Grease baking tray with oil, place prepared roses and apply egg wash.
  12. Sprinkle mix herb italian seasoning on the top.
  13. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 25 - 30 min.
  14. Serve hoy with ketchup and spread love.
