  6. Prepare 1 tsp lemon juice

  1. Add olive oil and heat till nice and hot. Meanwhile cut chicken into cubes and add to pan.
  2. Wait til the chicken starta to turn brownish, and add lemon juice, kikkoman sauce and minced garlic. Toss chicken so it gets well coated.
  3. Heat to boiling on medium to high heat, as soon as boiling, let simmer for about 8-10 minutes. Toss chicken once more ensuring chicken gets well coated.
  4. If sauce is too thin, add a teaspoon of cornstarch. Toss one last timr and check to see if chicken is cooked thoroughly.
  5. Meanwhile, fill steam pot and add broccoli. This should take about 5 minutes depending on how much broccoli you use :) i usually leave the green stems on and toss the middle part.
  6. Make sure chicken is completely cooked, tossing a second time. Add half a cup of water if sauce is too salty. :)
