The ingredients needed to make Oil Free Chicken:
  1. Take 1 kg chicken
  2. Take 100 grams curd
  3. Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  4. Get 2 tomatoes
  5. Take 1 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Prepare 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  7. Get 2 onions
  8. Prepare 1 tsp coriander and cumin powder

  1. Take 1kg chicken and marinate with curd for one hour and then grind onion garlic and ginger together with two tomatoes. Then put all ground masala in non-stick pan and roast it properly. Then add all the marinated chicken and cook it properly. Do not cover the lid. After some time add turmeric and red Kashmiri Mirch and other regular spices and stir it properly, cook it we'll try not to cover the lid.
  2. Keep on stirring as there is no oil stirring is important.
  3. Now after 20 minS if needed add water and some garam masala to taste better.
  4. Now at last just for two mins cover the lid full-on gas and let it cook. and serve it hot garnishing with some coriander.
