Take 7-8 button pepper
Get 2-3 tbspn peanuts
Get 1 onion in cubes
Prepare 1 carrot in cubes
Take 2 capsicum in cubes
Make ready 3 tbspn oyster sauce
Make ready 3 tbspn soya sauce
Prepare 1 tspn red chilli powder
Make ready 1 tspn crushed kashmiri red chilli
Get 1 tbspn chopped garlic
Make ready 1 tbspn chopped ginger
Take 2 tbsp corn flour
Steps to make Kungpao Chicken with vegetables /Chinese recipe:
First of all marinate the chicken for 10 minutes
In a bowl add chicken add egg, corn flour,salt, black pepper powder
Then in a wok deep fry the marinated chicken make it light golden colour and take it out
Then in separate wok add 2 tbsp of oil and fry red button peppers make it black in colour fry half minute then take it out
In the same oil roast the peanuts for half minute and take it out
Then in the same oil add crushed kashmiri red chilli and 1 tspn red chilli powder stir it
Then add chopped garlic and ginger stir it
Then add all the vegetables and mix it all together
Then add 2 to 3 cups of water
After one boil add 3 tbspn of oyster sauce and 3 tbspn of soya sauce mix it all together and cover the lid for 5 minutes in medium flame
Then in half cup of water and 2 tbsp of cornflour and pour the mixture into the gravy
Then again cover it and simmer for 5 minutes
Now at the time of serving garnish with fried peanuts and serve with egg fried rice
