Steps to make Chicken Cheese Box:

1. Heat a pan melt butter add onion saute for 2 mins then add maida saute sometime then add milk + chicken stock + salt + white pepper powder + oregano and whisk and cook on slow flame till thickens.
2. Take bowl put chicken + spring onion + capsicum(sauted) + soya sos + red chilli powder + mustard paste + white sos mixture.and mix well.
3. Take one samosa sheet keep it vertical and apply milk on it place second samosa sheet in center in horizontal put chicken filing in center put grated cheese and pack from sides by sticking with aata+ water paste and make a box.
4. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry till golden brown.
