Made a paste of take 1/4 onion and garam masala.
Heat the oil in a deep pot Put the chicken in the pot and fry it by adding salt.
Then put cardamom bay leaves in the same oil and fry it lightly.Until the smell.and Put onions and fry them till they turn brown in color.
Add garlic ginger paste and stir for 2 minutes. - - Add onion and garam masala paste and roast for 5 minutes.
