Prepare 5-6 black peppercorns
Get 1/2 tsp ajwain
Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric
Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
Make ready 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
Make ready To taste salt
Get 1/4 tsp sugar
Prepare 1 tbsp kasoori methi
Take 1 tbsp coriander chopped
Steps to make Flavoured Spiced Chicken:
Marinate chicken with little salt and lemon juice for half hour.Meanwhile dry roast fennel,cumin seed,dry red chilli,bay leaf and grind to a powder.Make a paste of malai,curd with ginger and garlic paste.Heat oil and fry the marinated chicken till light brown and changes colour.Boil potatoes and fry.
Sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala and peppercorns.When they crackle add ajwain or carom seeds.Now fry the chopped onions till golden brown.Add the ground paste.Now add the chicken,potato,salt and pinch of sugar to taste.Now add turmeric,red chilli powder,tomato puree, kasoori methi and 1 tsp of dry ground masala and fry till oil leaves sides.
Add a cup of water and cook on low flame till chicken is done.Adjust gravy according to need.Sprinkle kitchen king masala and ghee.Mix well and garnish with chopped coriander.Serve hot with roti,paratha or any Indian flat bread or pulao.
