Steps to make Chicken tikka cutlets:
  1. Marinate boneless chicken in 2tbsp yogurt, 1tbsp lemon juice, 1tsp razmin soya sauce, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1tbsp shan tikka masala and 2tbsp oil.marinate chicken for an hour. Cook on slow flame. Mix well and fry the chicken then add 1 small onion finely chopped and mix well. Cook till chicken tender and dries. Lastly add chedar cheese 4tbsp and mix well. Cook for five minutes and remove from flame. Keep aside.
  2. In 1kg boil and mashed potatoes add 1tbsp lemon juice, handful coriander leaves, 2 green chilli chopped. Add salt and blackpepper. Take potatoes in hand and put the chicken filling in center and make the kebab shape. Dip in eggs and deep fry the kebabs. Serve with raita.
