Get 3 tbsps Nando's Peri Peri sauce (medium heat) or any brand
Prepare 3 tbsps Tomato sauce
Take For Garnish
Take Few leaves of Fresh Coriander (optional)
Steps to make Peri Peri Chicken:
Cut the chicken breast into cubes or bite size as per your preference. Add in all the ingredients for MARINATION except the cornflour. Let it rest for atleast an hour…the more the better.
Heat oil in a pan / kadai….add the cornfour to the marinated chicken and mix and coat the pieces well. Once the oil is hot, fry the chicken pieces till they are golden brown in colour. Keep it on a kitchen tissue paper to absorb the excess oil. Set aside.
In a pan, heat the veg oil and add the garlic, saute for half a minute, no need to brown. Add the both the sauce and mix well,add in the fried chicken pieces and mix well. Put it on a serving platter, garnish with coriander leaves (optional) and serve hot !!! Bon Appetit!!!
