  2. In a pan, put 100ml vegetable oil and put the marinated chicken and deep fry.
  3. Add chopped onions, 1 egg, 2-3 green chilli and 10ml dark soya sauce
  4. Serve hot with mayonnaise/tomato sauce and/or noodles
