1. Cut all the veges mentioned above finely. Break eggs n add all the veges. Mix well.
2. Make a marination of mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and schezwan sauce. Trim the edges of bread slices n cut them into small squares. Take a frying pan and add 2 tsp butter to it n let it melt.
3. Now add half of the egg n veges mixture, cover n cook for a while. Then place bread squares on it n flip. Cook it well without covering.
4. Now, spread the mayonnaise mixture n cheese. Flip it n cook from both sides.
5. Serve hot. Super delicious cheesy egg.
