Mix all the dry ingredients, separate the yeast and salt on different corner to keep the yeast active
Mix the cream with warm water on a measuring jug or bowl, keep aside
Beat the eggs on different bowl
Pour the mixture of cream onto the dry ingredients gradually, and add the beaten eggs gradually as well, one after another until the dough is mixed completely and form a sticky texture, knead for 10min
Meantime, melt the butter and keep it cool
After 10min of kneading, add the melted butter and knead until the dough is soft and no longer sticking
Rest the dough, covered by cling wrap/ tea towel for 1½ hours until the dough rise double size
After testing, punch the dough so it creates hole in the middle and use that as the parameter to cut the dough into half
By this moment, your dough might get a little bit sticky, you can dust it off with flour
Divide the dough equally into 16pcs and form a ball, cover the balls while we add filling to each one of them
Flattened a ball using your rolling pin, not so thin, just enough to put the filling, I make 8 choco filling and 8 cheese filling
Cover the filling by taking all the edges of the Dough to the center and close it and press it - then remake the ball shape
Arrange the balls next to each other in a baking tray, then rest it for another 30min
Meantime, preheat your oven at 180°c 15min before baking time
Bake the rolls for 20mins or until the surface change color to soft brown
Once you remove from the oven, wash it with the mixture of butter and milk
Serve it while it's hot. Enjoy!
