Cover the pan for 2 mins. Do not overcook these veggies. See to it that they are little crunchy. Open the lid. Switch off the gas. Add a dash of lemon juice over it. - - Step 3 - Serve it in a serving bowl & garnish it with flaxseeds & pumpkin seeds. - - Your are ready to relish the Diet Salad !
