1. In a kadai. Add water, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp oil. When the water starts boiling add noodles. When the noodles become little tender. Then switch off the gas. Cool it and strain the noodles. Keep aside
2. In a bowl combine 2 boiled potatoes (mashed), 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilly powder. 1 tsp garam masala. 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder,boiled noodles, 1/2 tsp oil and salt to taste. Keep 1/2 cup noodles separate for decorationMix….well and knead a semi stiff dough. Once it is done keep aside.
3. From the dough take a small ball and stuff the cheese make a cutlet in shape. Repeat the same procedure.
4. Heat 2 tbsp oil. Fry the kofta's till it become light brown in colour both the sides. Once it is done.
5. In a plate. Keep the boiled noodles and spread evenly. Top the cheese cutlet noodles in a different position.Sprinkle with grated cheese. Immediately serve hot………..cheese noodles cutlet with……………..tomato………………sauce.
