  7. using fork mix cornstarch with little water then add to pot
  8. bring to boil
  9. add pasta broken in quarters to pot
  10. simmer on low boil for 9 minutes
  11. add shrimp and bring back to low boil
  12. cook until shrimp is pink (around 5 min)
  13. remove from heat and add lime and salt
