  1. In a safe microwave bowl. Boil macaroni with salt and oil. In the microwave for 15 minutes. Check-in between. The macaroni becomes soft. Then keep aside one onion (chopped), 1 carrot (chopped), 2 green chillies (chopped) and few garlic cloves (crushed).
  2. In another microwave bowl. Add oil, chopped onion, chopped green chilli and few crushed garlic cloves. Bake for 10 minutes. - Then add chopped carrot. Again bake for 5 minutes. Carrot become tender. Take out from the microwave.
  3. Then add macaroni, cumin powder, black pepper, fresh cream, salt and grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes take out from the oven. The cheese are melted. Once it is done.
  5. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with processed cheese and chopped coriander leaves.
