Take 3 stems coriander leaves
Make ready 2 stems mint leaves
Get 1-2 tbsp milk

Heat oil in a pan. Put chillies and cook till chilli pop. Then add onion and salt. cook till its translucent.
Now add tomatoes. Mix well and cook till onion and tomato gets tender
It's time to add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder, mix well and cook for 3-5 minutes, till the raw smell of paste is gone.
Then add all the dry masala powders. Mix well. (Note: you can even add 2 tbsp biryani masala powder Instead of these dry masala powders).mix well. Fry for 3 minutes.
Put roughly chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves in. Mix it again.
After a few minutes, put cleaned prawns in it. Mix it
Cook till prawns are perfectly cooked. Switch off the stove.
Meanwhile boil noodles in salted water.. Cook only till its 4/5 done. Strain out the water. Sprinkle little oil on it, toss and keep aside.
In another pan, heat oil. Put onion and fry till translucent.. then add bell peppers, carrot and spring onion. Fry it only for 3 minutes.
Add salt and white pepper powder. Mix well.
In a couple of minutes, put boiled noodles and mix well.
It's time to make biryani. Put a layer of prawns masala in a vessel. Then spread a layer of hakka noodles on it. Mix saffron with milk and put it over the layer of noodles. Sprinkle oil over it too.. Keep mint leaves and coriander leaves stems on it.
Cover it tightly. And steam on with low flame for 15-20 minutes.
