Pizza tomato Sauce: - - Boil tomatoes. Take a pan; add water and cook tomatoes till skin peels off. - Peel skin and mash tomatoes roughly in chunks - Now in a pan add oil, sauté garlic and onion. Add tomatoes, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Add Tomato Sauce and chilli Sauce. Cook for 10 minutes.
Italian Cheese Sauce: - Add butter in a pan the add maida and Saute continuously. Cook for a minute then add in milk slowly. Stir and add in cheese, cream, pepper and herbs. Cook till done
For Noodles: Boil Noodles in water and strain it - Now in a pan add oil and sauté all the veggies. Add in the spices. Slowly fold in the Noodles.
Arranging of lasagna: - First layer add 1 sheet of pasta. Top it with pizza tomato sauce - Add on Noodles mixture - Top up with cheese sauce - Spread sauce evenly. - Repeat the layers again in same manner. - Top it with mozzarella cheese and garnish with olives - Preheat oven at 180 C and bake for 20 minutes
