  2. Prepare 1packet Small Ramen Noodles

  6. Take 1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
  7. Make ready 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  8. Get 1 tsp Maggi Masala

  11. Make ready 1/4 tsp Soya Sauce

This is exactally how Dave cooks his omelette. Once every couple of weeks we have a big clean. Two of my favourite things right there - noodles and omelettes. Naturally a noodle omelette is made from noodles - and ramen were the easiest so far.

Instructions to make Fried omelette noodles:
  1. For fried omelette- Put some mustard oil on the electric frying pan and heat it. Take a small bowl and add 1/2 tablespoon of cumin powder, 1/2 tablespoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of Maggie masala powder and 1 teaspoon of salt and mix the masala. Beat the egg on the heated pan. Allow it to get fried on the lower part of omelette and put 1/2th part of masala mixture on the upper part of the omelette. Once fried,then flip it and put the remaining masala on the other part of the omelette.
  2. Flip the omelette until it is fried completely and properly. Your fried omelette is ready.
  3. For noodles- In an electric kettle, put 1 cup of water(Here,I have used 1 cup of water for 2 noodle cakes so that no water will settle down while cooking the noodles.) and add the given masala in the packet and stir it. Switch on the kettle to boil the masala solution and add noodles to it. Let it boil so that both the masala and noodles will be cooked properly. Add some tomato sauce, chilli sauce, schezwan chutney and a bit soya sauce.
  4. Stir the noodles properly and cook until the water is drained out,keeping in mind that it should not get burnt.
  5. Put the fried omelette on the noodles and garnish with coriander leaves. Your fried omelette noodles recipe is ready. Serve hot.
