  1. Take 20 pairs of goat trotters, cloves, salt, tomato paste

Steps to make Paya (Goat trotters):
  1. Clean the trotters by roasting a bit and scrapping off the fur/hair then wash them thoroughly
  2. Take a cooking pot put the trotters in and all the viungos with enough water.. Garlic ginger paste, Let it boil for long then add loads of chopped onions.. Let it boil until soft
  3. Take a pan, put oil then onions again, saute until golden brown, garlic ginger paste then tomatoes, add curry powder and garam masala, salt and tomato paste too.. When ready mix it with the boiled trotters.. Let it boil for a bit and voila ready to serve with chapatti
