  1. Take FOR QOFTAAS:
  2. Make ready 300 gm beefmince
  3. Get 1 tbsp chickpeas
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp khash khaash

  6. Take 1/4 th tsp garam masala powder
  7. Take 1 slice bread (soaked in milk)
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp brown onion paste
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste

  11. Make ready 1 tbsp rice
  12. Make ready salt as per taste
  13. Take 1 green chilli
  14. Take 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
  15. Take 2 tbsp chopped onion
  16. Take FOR Gravy:
  17. Make ready 1 big size onion
  18. Prepare 1/2 cup oil
  19. Prepare 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  20. Make ready 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  21. Take 1 tsp coriander powder
  22. Get salt as per taste
  23. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  24. Get 1/4 th cup youghurt
  25. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  26. Take 1 tomato
  27. Get 3 green chillies
  28. Prepare 4 tbsp Coriander leaves
Instructions to make Nargissi Koftay:
  1. Soak rice in water for ab hour, alongside this, wash khashkhaash and strain it then make these into a paste. Make a powder of chickpeas.
  2. Add mince in the chopper with Onion, ginger garlic paste, bread slice, green chillies, coriander leaves, chickpeas powder, red chilli and then add that paste of khashkhaash and rice into it and then chop them in chopper for 6-7 seconds. Now with greased hands spread this on your palm, put an egg over it and seal it.
  3. Light golden onion in oil, then make a paste of it with youghurt and tomato.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste in oil with youghurt-tomato paste you've prepared and bonify it with a bit water. Now add Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt then again bonify it. Now add half cup of water and then add your prepared qofte into it. Cook it over Medium flame for 10mins without spoon stirring.
  5. Add in this garam masala powder, green chillies & coriander leaves now cook it for 1min, cut your qoftaas.. length wise then serve it with chapati.
