Take 250 gms Chicken mince..
Take 4/5 tsp besan
Make ready 5 Egg
Make ready 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Take 2/3 green chilli paste
Get to taste Salt
Prepare 1 onion chopped
Make ready 1 tsp Garam masala powder
Get 1 tsp turmeric powder

Take 5/6 hard boiled eggs
Make ready 1 cup Green coriander chopped
Take 8-10 Mint leaves
Steps to make Nargisi kabab:
Take chicken mince and in the food processor grind it once again.
Add ginger garlic paste, salt, onions, red chilli powder, green chilli, green coriander, turmeric, besan, garam masala powder, egg, mint leaves to minced meat and grind finely twice.
Boil egg and peel off. Refrigerate the mince mixture for around 30 min.
Cover boiled eggs with mince with oily hands. Store mince-covered eggs in fridge
Roll the eggs in bread crumbs. Heat oil and fry on medium flame till golden brown.
Remove on paper napkin and cut it in half.
Serve with sauce or green chutney. You cAn also serve it with gravy as kofta curry.
