The ingredients needed to make Dinner Rolls:
  1. Make ready 150 ml Milk
  2. Get 2 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  3. Take 1 tsp Yeast
  4. Prepare 1 Egg
  5. Make ready 50 g Butter
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp Salt
  7. Get 350 g All-purpose flour
  8. Make ready 1 tsp Oil
  9. Get 1 Egg
  10. Make ready 1 tbsp Milk
Instructions to make Dinner Rolls:
  1. Add the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Now add All-purpose flour 350g and make a dough. (you may feel that your dough is a bit sticky but in the next step, you will get rid of the stickiness in your dough.
  3. Add 1 tsp of oil and knead again to get rid of the stickiness.
  4. Now make balls out of the dough and press gently. Arrange all the rolls on a greased baking pan and keep aside for an hour or two.
  5. After the dough has rise mix 1 tbsp milk with 1 egg.
  6. Now apply the egg and milk mixture on the top portion of the rolls and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18 - 20 mins
  7. Remove from oven, Serve and Enjoy.
