  1. For sel roti,Soaked the rice overnight,and in a mixer grind the soaked rice to a fine powder paste for making batter.mix the ghee,sugar,elaichi powder,milk,suji,and whisk the batter to a very smooth batter.
  2. Next,whisk the batter altogether very nicely. Not so thick,not so thin,a proper level of consistency.
  3. Heat the oil in a karhai,and place a steel bowl in the center of the oil. pour the batter in a piping bag and deep fry the sel roti in a hot oil in a medium flame.
  4. Once it comes to the surface and ita turn golden brown at the bottom.turn it over and cook for a min on the other side.repeat the same process for the other batter.
  5. For sesame tangy alu.boil the potatoes,and pwwl the skin of it.heat the oil in a pan,fry tje the chopped onions till it's turn Brown add green chillies chopped,ads turmeric as well.
  6. Now add the boiled potatoes and yellow chana, and saute for sometime. Add the paste sesame seeds paste, coconut,and stir for a min. Add salt,squeeze lemon juice. And saute for a while add little bit of water and cook for next 15 min covering the lid. In a low flame.
  7. After it's done switch off the flame and serve it with sel roti.
