  8. Dip the balls in eggs, and fry to golden brown.

  10. Wash and dry the fish
  11. Make a mix spice of seasoning, salt, thyme, ginger and garlic paste and rub on thoroughly on the fish
  12. Deep fry on a medium heat to golden brown
  13. Place a pan on a medium heat
  14. Add 4 table spoons of oil
  15. Add the habanero peppered mix
  16. Add the onions, and seasoning to taste
  17. Stir fry till cooked, and cover the fish with the sauce
