Cook the diced yam, in a salty water and allow to cool
Sauté the minced meat with 1/2 cup of the pepper mix
Add ginger and garlic paste, add the onions and seasonings to taste
Add two spoons of oil, salt and curry powder
Cook till tender
Mash the cooked yam, add the meat mix, add the remaining pepper mix, salt and seasoning to taste

Wash and dry the fish
Make a mix spice of seasoning, salt, thyme, ginger and garlic paste and rub on thoroughly on the fish
Deep fry on a medium heat to golden brown
Place a pan on a medium heat
Add 4 table spoons of oil
Add the habanero peppered mix
Add the onions, and seasoning to taste
Stir fry till cooked, and cover the fish with the sauce
Serve with the yam balls, or any food of your choice
