Buy a Turkey
Remove the neck and gizzards from the Turkey and set aside for use for another dish.
Clean the turkey with cold water.
Place the turkey in a roasting pan and carefully separate the skin from the turkey. You don't want to remove the skin from it, just loosen it up.
