  1. Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water, following package instructions.

  3. Put a little bit of the instant pickle powder, 10 g of butter, 1 tablespoon of mentsuyu sauce and a little bit of the pasta cooking water in each serving plate.
  4. Drain the cooked pasta, distribute onto the serving plates and mix well.
  5. Top with the natto and green onion. If the flavor is lacking add a little mentsuyu sauce, plus some sesame seeds. Enjoy!
