Steps to make Spicy Ofe Achi with Assorted Goat Meat:
  1. Wash and combine the meat and stockfish I one pot and season with garlic, salt, pepper, oinions, and place on fire.
  2. Cook Meats till tender, then add enough water to cook soup thru, allow to boil.
  3. Add ogiri, Uyaka and Africa nut meg Spice, crayfish, smoked fish, pepper and remaining oinions stir and cook for 5 mins
  4. Add palm oil to the pot, add remaing cube and fresh pepper and cook for 10mins
  5. Add grounded achi, stir and adjust the thickness by adding water. (Only if necessary)
  6. Let the soup simmer on medium heat.
  7. Lastly add prewinkles and Uziza leaves allow to simmer on low heat for 5mins.
  8. Achi soup is ready.Put off heat and serve with Pounded yam, Fufu, Semo or wheat.
