  6. once chilled scoop out rounded Tbs amounts of dough, roll them into balls and place them 2 inches apart on cookie sheet
  7. bake at 350° for 10-15 mins until edges are slightly brown. remove from oven and let rest in pan for 5 mins. then transfer to a cooling rack.
