  1. Get 2 medium sized potato peeled and cut into dice
  2. Prepare 1 onion cut into dice
  3. Prepare 1 small capsicum cut into dice

  6. Make ready 2 green chilli chopped
  7. Take 3 tbsp corn flour
  8. Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp maida or all purpose flour

  11. Get 5- 6 tbsp or as required oil
  12. Take 2 tbsp green chilli sauce
  13. Make ready 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  14. Get 1 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
Instructions to make Chilli potato:
  1. At first take a pan, add water, little salt and the potatoes. Boil it till the potatoes are half cooked. Strain it and keep it aside.
  2. Now add corn flour, maida, salt to taste and red chilli powder. Add little water and make a thick batter. Add the potatoes and coat well with the batter.
  3. In a pan heat oil. Add the potatoes and fry till golden Brown. Don't overcrowd the pan, fry in batches.
  4. In a small bowl take corn flour and water and mix well. Keep it aside.
  5. Now in a pan heat oil. Add the chopped ginger, garlic. Fry for 30 secs to 1 min then add green chilli and the capsicum. Fry for 2 mins and then add the onions. Fry for another 3 to 4 mins. Then add the three types of sauces, salt to taste and little water. Cook for 5 mins on medium to low flame.
  6. Now add the corn flour mix and cook for 1 mins and add the fried potatoes. Cook for 1 more mins.
  7. Your chilli potato is ready to serve.
