Ghevar Rabri is one of the best Desserts of Rajasthan. It is even considered as kind of sweets. Rabri (IAST: Rabaḍī) is a sweet, condensed-milk-based dish, originating from the Indian subcontinent, made by boiling milk on low heat for a long time until it becomes dense and changes its colour to off-white or pale yellow.   4. Take a ladle and make the hole in center,Soon we will see a perfect ghevar in our vessel. Take out ghevar with the help of ladle. Keep the ghevar in one colander so that excess ghee will strain in a plate.
  5. Sugar syrup, take a pan add sugar and water. Make one string consistency sugar syrup bu boiling it for 5-7 mins.
  6. Instant Rabri, Take a heavy bottom wok, add milk and boil. Mix milk powder in two tbsp milk and add to it.Keep stirring. Boil the milk for 10 mins on slow flame.Cut the sides of breads and grind it.Take a pan add ghee and roadt the bread powder. Add this to the boiling milk and mix well.Add sugar. Add cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits to your rabri.Instant Rabri is ready, now keep it into fridge.
  7. Assemble the ghevar with sugar syrup and Rabri, garnish with silver sheet and dry fruits.
