Instructions to make Breaded Pork Sandwich:
Rinse and dry the pork. Then slice 1/2 inch/ 12.7 mm thick.
Put a slice of pork into a ziploc bag. Beat the pork into thin pieces of meat about 1/4 inch / 6 mm thick.
Get the spices together. Then mix them I actually put them into an old Spice container so I can shake the spices easily.
Beat the eggs
Put the buttermilk, flour, eggs, and cornflakes in a separate dredging friendly dish or plate.
Coat each piece well with the spices.
Dip into the buttermilk.
Then dip into the flour.
Next dip into the eggs
Then into the breadcrumbs.
Fry in the oil. Turn often so as not to burn the coating.
