Instructions to make Healthy paratha:
  1. Make a fine paste of all the veggies.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Knead the soft dough by adding oil and veggie paste.
  4. Divide the dough into small peda.. roo them like a chapati.
  5. Heat a tawa and roast the paratha by applying ghee on both the sides.
  6. Serve with Pickle or chutney of your choice.
