  4. Next add all powder masala's,salt and fry for 1min to this add fried potatoes and capsicum
  5. Stir the vegetables until well quoted with the spices. Cover the pan, turn the heat to low and simmer the aloo capsicum sabzi for about 5mins, stirring occasionally.
  6. Once done, turn off the heat, stir in the freshly chopped coriander leaves and transfer sabzi to a serving plate
  7. Serve it with puris or phulkas
