  2. Get 4-5 tbsp besan

  7. Get 1 chopped potato
  8. Make ready as per taste Salt

Kadhi and Khichdi - A nutritious and comforting meal, home cooked by my mom is In winters, we enjoyed Khichdi with a piping hot bowl of yogurt based soupkadhi and in the summer it was served. Punjabi Kadhi pakora is ready to be served. Enjoy it with rice or rotis. It goes well with khichdi and jeera puloa also.

Instructions to make Kadhi:
  1. Firstly,take 1-2 glass lassi and put 4-5tbsp besan in it. Mix well.
  2. Now,put pan on stove and put 1-2tbsp oil in it. Let it warm.Then put half tbsp zeera in it.Put 1 kadi patta, 1chopped onion, 1 chopped potato, spices according to taste (salt, pepper,haldi).Now,put lassi mixture in it. Mix well for 10-15 minutes.
  3. If you want to put snacks (पकौड़े), you can put in it. Curry is ready.

Enjoy it with rice or rotis. It goes well with khichdi and jeera puloa also. My husband makes the khichdi, I make the kadhi. The first time I made this recipe, hubby was a little skeptical about the turmeric and. Sindhi Kadhi is very delicious and nutritious.
