Again heat a pan put oil in it add mustard seed and curry leaves, red chilli, crackle it and put coarsely grind spices and cook nicely till oil ozes from it add chilli powder and hing and turmeric in it add boil tomatoes in it, add tamarind water, at last add salt and boil for 2/3min, remove from gas, garnish with grren coriander, enjoy with rice,
