Prepare 1 tsp oil

Take 1/2 tsp Rai(mustard seeds)
Prepare 1/4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
Get 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
Prepare 1 tbsp coriander leaves
Get 1/3 cup water
Steps to make White mischief:
Mix semolina, curd, salt in a bowl and keep aside.
Method of stuffing
Heat oil in pan add jeera, chopped onion, green chillies, potatoes, all the spices and mix well. Now add coriander leaves and mix. Now take out in a plate and let it comes to room temperature.
Now take some portion and make cylindrical shape and size should be of steel or disposable paper glass, and it's thickness should be half of glass diameter. Now make more such rolls and keep aside.
Now grease your glasses and check the consistency of our semolina batter, if it's thick then add little water and mix well. now add soda to your semolina batter and add 1 tsp water over it and mix well.
Now fill half glasses with the batter, now place this potato rolls in center of glasses they should be straight. Now pour more batter to cover them.
Now put them into your steamer and cover the steamer and cook for 15 min on medium flame. Now check with knife or skewer it's done or not. When done take it out. Let it come to room temperature. Now with the help of knife loosen it's sides and take out from glasses and keep aside.
Now tempering the rolls. Take a pan heat oil, add some rai, red chilli, kitchen king masala and sauté for a while now add water and coriander cook for a while. Now take your semolina rolls and roll in pan and take out in a plate and cut slices and serve hot with your favorite chutney. - Our white mischief is ready to eat.
