Take 1 tsp zeera powder
Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
Take to taste Salt
Make ready 2 tsp cornflour
Make ready For frying Oil
Instructions to make Malai kofta:
Take a bowl
Mix all the ingredients of kofta
Make kofta
Deep fry it
Take a cooker heat oil
Add onion,tomato,peanut
Add 1 cup of water
Close the lid and give 3 whistles
Open the lid and beat it
Take a pan heat 1 tsp oil
Add cinnamon stick and bay leaf
Saute it
Add 1 onion chopped
Saute it till pink
Add beated gravy
Add all masalas,mix it well and then simmer it for 8-10 mins.
Take a plate put gravy in it
Put kofta in the gravy
Spread coriander leaves
Serve hot with roti or naan
