  2. Peel the two kiwis and cut into 1 cm cubes. Put into a heatproof container.
  3. Sprinkle with 20 g of sugar, heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, and mix with chopsticks. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  4. Add the kiwi sauce from Step 3 to the banana bowl from Step 1 and mix well.
  5. Next, add an egg and mix well.
  6. Add the pancake mix and mix together with a spatula. Line the cake pan with parchment paper and pour the batter in.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C for about 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes.
