  10. Now add the vinegar, soy sauce, tomato sauce and green chilli sauce (if u Want more spicy). Stir very well. keep the flame on the lower side and sprinkle cornstarch. adding corn starch, veg.stock & water.now add salt and black pepper as required. stir again.
  11. Gravy will begin to thicken,add the fried veg balls. stir so that the sauce coats the veg balls evenly. switch off the flame and add 1/2 tsp sugar, toss and stir again.
  12. Serve veg manchuria hot .enjoy!
