  1. Take a bowl add all the ingredients except Baking soda or baking powder. Add little water and mix gently make a smooth batter and cover it and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Now take a kadai place a stand onto the kadai and add water on to the kadai and heat it for 5-6 minutes on a high flame. Now take a bowl of dhokla better add Baking powder and baking soda into the better and mix gently.
  3. Now our dhokla better is ready transfer dhokla better into the greased tin and place the tin onto the kadai and cover it now on a low flame steam dhokla for 15-20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes our dhokla is ready. Remove tin from kadai and leave the tin for cool. Now move ahead on next process. Dhokla Tempering. For Dhokla Tempering take a pan add oil when oil is heated add Mustard Seeds and curry leaves into it after a minute add water,sugar,lemon juice and green chilli into it and boil them for 5 minutes on a low to medium flame.now the Tempering is ready.
  5. Now remove dhokla from tin and cut it into pieces and add Tempering on dhokla. Leave dhokla with Tempering for 2-3 minutes.
