Making Powder - Wash the curry leaves and dry them completely. - Heat oil and temper with chana dal, urad dal, coriander, red chilli, pepper and cumin seeds.
Saute them till it is brown - Add the curry leaves to it - Saute till it is crisp and switch off the flame.
