  2. Excess washing & soaking makes the poha soft, therefore do not do it.
  3. In a kadai add oil & once the oil become hot add the peanuts & cook till they start to change colour.
  4. Remove the peanuts in a bowl.
  5. In the same oil add mustard seeds, once they start sizzling add curry leaves, slit green chillies, chopped onions & green peas.
  6. Mix well till & cook till the onions are translucent.
  7. Add the flattened rice along with turmeric powder, cilantro, sugar & salt.
  8. Cover it with a lid & let it cook on low flame for 2 mints.
  9. Finally add in some lemon extracted juice all over, mix & cook for few seconds. Switch off the flame.
  10. Remove the poha in a serving plate & garnish with peanuts,cilantro.
