Heat oil in a pan and then add mustard and cumin.
Once mustard, cumin splutter then add green chillies, red chillies and garlic.
Then add turmeric powder and hing.
Now add chopped onions and coriander leaves.
In another pan mix the gram flour, chilli powder and 2 cups of water and mix well without any lumps.
Once the onions turned to golden colour, add the gram flour mixer to the pan. Also add salt and stir well.
Stir in a medium heat for 10 minutes, then cover the pan and cook for another 10 minutes.
Then sprinkle with coriander leaves and stir well once.
Delicious Zunka can be served with sapati and bread.
