Kadhi is a very popular dish throughout India. Kadhi is a blend of yogurt and besan (gram flour) with besan pakoras. After frying, soak the pakoras in room-temperature water for ten minutes. Squeeze the pakoras gently to remove the water, taking care not to break.

  7. After ½ hour make pagodas.
  8. Take a pan and add oil. add methi seeds, jeera, rai fry a few seconds add chilli, ginger garlic paste,.
  9. Now add curry leaves and fry 2 min on low flame. Add paste and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and fry masala for 2 mins on low flame. Add the Spices to the curry. Continuously stir for 15 mins on low flame.
  10. Now add salt and sugar.
  11. Add pakodas and cook 5 mins on low flame.
  12. Now Add coriander leaves, we' ll make tadka and it to the kadhi
  13. Kadhi is Ready.

After frying, soak the pakoras in room-temperature water for ten minutes. Squeeze the pakoras gently to remove the water, taking care not to break.
