  19. Prepare Shimla mirch 5 julein cut
  20. Take 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  21. Make ready Vinegar half tsp
  22. Make ready 2 tbsp ketchup
  23. Take 1 tsp Black pepper
  24. Prepare Salt as required
  25. Take Noodles 1 boil packet
  26. Make ready For rice:
  27. Take Rice 5 cups sela
  28. Make ready 3 Egg
  29. Make ready Black pepper as required
  30. Get Salt as required
  31. Make ready 1 tsp Vinegar
  32. Get 1 1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
  33. Prepare 2 tbsp Ketchup
  34. Take 2 tbsp Oil
  35. Get 1 tbsp Black pepper
  36. Get For sauce:
  37. Make ready Half cup ketchup
  38. Take Half cup Mayonnaise
Instructions to make Singaporean rice:
  1. First of all add oil and garlic paste saute garlic paste then ad chicken then add all spices
  2. Then add soya sauce vinegar ketchup and water and cook chicken for 20 mins
  3. After 20 mins add corn flour and water mixture to chicken gravy cook for more 5 to thicken up the gravy..chicken gravy is ready
  4. Then in same frying pan add oil vegetables and all sauces like soya sauce vinegar ketchup and all spices then add noodles and mix all ingredients well
  5. Noodles are ready
  6. For rice first heat oil then add egg and then add black pepper as required and salt when eggs r properly cooked take out eggs in plate now in same frying pan add boiled rice then add 1 tbsp black pepper
  7. Then add soya sauce vinegar ketchup and fried eggs then mix all ingredients well rice is also ready
  8. For sauce first of all in small bowl add ketchup and Mayonnaise then mix it sauce is ready
  9. Now all things are ready so in big dish add the layer of rice then chicken gravy and then give the layer of sauce your Singaporean rice are ready to serve. Serve it hot (note : u can also give tarka on this rice)
