A quick, light pasta dish that's easy to make and even easier to consume. Add the spaghetti cutter to the pasta machine and pass the pasta through the machine to make thin strips. Dust the pasta with a little semolina. Repeat the process with the remaining dough, then place the spaghetti onto a plate and use immediately or refrigerate overnight.

  8. Take Olive oil

You could also adapt the recipe to use chicken or mixed vegetables instead. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water according to the packet directions. Keep the other half of the prawn oil for another purpose. I must admit I am not a huge fan of prawns… but I am the only one in my family.

Instructions to make Prawn and prosecco spaghetti:
  1. Cook pasta according to instructions in salted water. Fry garlic and chilli gently in oil. Turn up the heat a little and add prawns then prosecco. Let it evaporate.
  2. Add a ladle of pasta cooking water and passata. Stir and cook for about 3-4 mins on medium
  3. Drain pasta, add to prawns. Mix well and serve immediately with fresh parsley and a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy :)

Keep the other half of the prawn oil for another purpose. I must admit I am not a huge fan of prawns… but I am the only one in my family.
